General Conditions of Sale
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, our invoices are payable net, without deduction, within 21 days of the invoice date. Default interest of 1% per month is due in the event of late payment. The goods remain the property of the seller until full payment Any complaints will only be considered within 8 days of delivery. The place of jurisdiction is Diekirch (Luxembourg).
General Conditions of Sale for Potatoes
All conditions of the intra-European potato trade (R.U.C.I.P.: Règles et Usages du Commerce Intereuropéen des Pommes de terre) which are known to you and which you acknowledge, are for the deliveries and integral part of this contract. Any dispute concerning supplies that may arise from this contract shall be finally settled under the Rules of Arbitration of the European Board of Directors, which you are aware of and accept. Any disputes arising from buyers (companies or individuals) established outside the European Union, or from those who deny having knowledge of the RUCIP regulations, shall be decided only by the competent courts in Diekirch (Luxembourg).
Additional Terms of Sale for Seed Potatoes
In amendment to Article 25 of the RUCIP Regulations, any compensation claimed may in no case exceed the amount of the invoice.
