Nicola

Nicola is a medium-early to medium-late, very firm cooking potato variety. The tuber is long-oval, thick and uniform. It is particularly drought-tolerant and has a relatively high tuber set. Its great taste and firm consistency make it ideal for fresh consumption, salads and fried potatoes.
