Linzer Delikatess is an early to medium-early, firm-cooking potato variety. The tuber is long-oval, has a smooth whitish to yellow skin and a light yellow flesh. Its taste is exceptionally good and it is excellent for fresh consumption, as well as for salads or fried potatoes.
