Bintje

Bintje is a medium-early, floury potato variety, but can become a bit firmer depending on the growing area. The tubers are long-oval and thick. Bintje is a classic among the potato varieties, since 1910 it has already existed. No wonder it has been on the market for so long and is still grown, because through diversity it can function as a food, fries, or chips potato.
