Désirée

Desiree is a middle-late, slightly floury potato variety. Their flesh color is light yellow, while the skin color is red. The tubers of the Desiree become oval and thick, which is why it is extremely suitable for fresh consumption and French fries processing. Another advantage of the Desiree is that it is extremely resistant to blackleg.
